How to Enroll

 Grades 6-12 Only - For the Elementary Program click here
Your student is not enrolled until you have completed the following three steps:
  1. Complete Online Registration Form
  2. Make Payment
      You may make an online payment during the registration process
      - or -
      You may mail a check to the address on the right
      Click here for information about scholarships (applications due June 2)
  3. Return Medical Release Form
      Download, print, sign and mail the Medical Release Forms (there are TWO pages to the document) to the address on the right
