How to Enroll

 Grades 6-12 Only - For the Elementary Program click here

Your student is not enrolled until you have completed ALL three of the following steps:
  1. Complete Online Registration Form
  2. Make Payment (scholarship application WORD PDF)
      You may make an online payment during the registration process
      - or -
      You may mail a check to the address on the right
  3. Return Release Forms
      Download, print, sign and return the Release Forms (there are TWO pages to the document) to the address on the right, or fax them to (818)677-6855.

PLEASE NOTE- IF YOU REGISTER AND PAY FOR AN ENRICHMENT CLASS AND IT FILLS OR CLOSES, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO CHOSE AN ALTERNATE ENRICHMENT CLASS. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.
