Description: This health class is designed to inform students about the skills and knowledge necessary to maintain all aspects of health. Throughout the course, the students will explore: heredity; nutrition; reproductive health; physical environment; health care; and lifestyle choices’ effects on an individual's health. Life skills will promote positive behavior to enhance an individual's health and well-being.
