Description: Through games and art-based projects, students will gain a greater understanding of mathematical concepts. Projects include: pointillism art (fractions, decimals, and percents), tessellations (geometry of regular polygons), and tangram puzzles (problem solving and fractions). Students will have fun developing enhanced number sense by exploring the wonder of numbers in a meaningful and creative way.
