Please read through these documents carefully. They address questions regarding parking (Word, PDF), the online grade program, textbook, transcripts and tutoring policies and the logistics of the Orientation and first day (Word, PDF), as well as our emergency procedures (Word, PDF). We will be posting the locations of the classrooms at the beginning of next week.

Transcript Request - To request a transcript, from previous summers, to be sent to your child's school, please fill out this form. Transcripts will be sent to schools only, and only for the students who indicated on the registration form that they want it sent. If you want to change your mind about sending, or not sending, transcripts, please email us.

Orientation: This year, our Orientation Meeting will be held on Sunday, June 29th from 5 to 7 pm. In an effort to improve our ability to serve your needs, we have made a few changes in how we will accomplish our program orientation. First, there will not be a structured starting time. This means you may come anytime between 5 and 7 pm. Second, our office staff will be available to help make any changes in classes, collect medical release forms, or process payments all during that time frame. We hope this helps to minimize the lines. Third, our teacher assistants (TAs) will conduct campus tours every 15 minutes beginning at 5:15. On this tour, the TA will take interested parents and students throughout the key areas on the CSUN campus, including the particular classrooms where the students will be attending. We believe this new format will provide a more conducive environment for dialog between you and the SAEP administrators and director. Come prepared to ask a question or share a concern. Our hope is that this new orientation format will provide an excellent opportunity to help your child become more comfortable on the CSUN campus, as well as give both of you an opportunity to get to know us and the structure of the SAEP 2008. If you think joining us on the CSUN campus on June 29th would be a benefit to your family and help address some of the first day of class issues, we would love to have you join us on that Sunday.
